Guides

Twelve guides on the mechanics of keeping an accurate record — the arithmetic, the units, the schedules and the habits. None of them recommends a compound, an amount or a schedule, because that is not what a log is for.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I start?

If you are setting up a log for the first time, read 'How to track a peptide cycle' — it covers the eight fields that make a record readable months later. If you are about to reconstitute your first vial, read 'Reconstitution, explained' first.

Do these guides tell me what to take?

No. Every guide here is about mechanics and record-keeping: units, arithmetic, schedules, sites, storage and export. None of them recommends a compound, an amount or a schedule.

Are the guides specific to PepCycle?

No. The principles apply whatever you track with, including a spreadsheet — we wrote a comparison of that too. Where PepCycle is mentioned it is to say how it handles a specific problem, not as a prerequisite.

Log it once, keep it forever

PepCycle turns the numbers on this page into a running record: every dose, vial, site and side effect in one place — stored on your iPhone and backed up to your own iCloud.
