Micrograms suit small research-peptide vials because entries stay whole numbers; milligrams suit large vials such as GHK-Cu and NAD+. Pick one per compound and keep it for the whole cycle — mixing units mid-cycle is what makes a log unreadable later.

No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. The app works fully offline from the first launch, and your data stays on your device.

Choose an interval schedule and set the interval to 3 days. You will also be asked whether a late entry shifts the next due date or leaves it anchored to the original plan — both are valid, and the choice is yours rather than a hidden default.

Create the entry and set its date and time to when it actually happened. Vial contents, adherence figures and the next due date all recalculate. Log it at the real time rather than as today — otherwise your interval data becomes fictional.

Mark it as skipped on the scheduled date. A skip entry is far more useful than a blank, because a blank is ambiguous between 'did not take it' and 'forgot to log it'.

As two separate entries on the same date, one per compound. Only a vial that arrived pre-blended is logged as a single blend compound. A merged entry cannot be decomposed later.

Yes to both. Editing is for corrections; deletion is intended for genuine mistakes such as duplicates or an entry logged against the wrong compound — not for removing entries that break a pattern.

No. Enter the mass printed on the label, from 1 mg to well over 1,000 mg. Vial-size ceilings are a common limitation elsewhere and they make GHK-Cu and NAD+ impossible to represent correctly.

Yes. Edit the vial's diluent volume and every derived figure recalculates. You do not need to delete the vial and lose its entries.

Create the compound as a blend and enter each component with its own mass from the label. One reconstitution volume applies to all of them, and each entry's per-component amounts are derived from the single volume you draw.

No. Pens and manufacturer-filled vials contain finished solution at a fixed concentration. Choose that format when adding the compound and the reconstitution fields will not appear at all.

Sign in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled and the history restores automatically. Exporting a copy before you migrate is still worth the thirty seconds it takes.

Export to CSV or JSON from settings. The export includes compounds, vials with their concentrations and dates, blend components, every entry and every observation — complete enough to rebuild the record elsewhere.

Updates migrate the database forward using versioned schema migrations rather than recreating it, and a migration that cannot run safely does not run at all. Keeping your own periodic export is still the only real backup.

No, and that is a direct consequence of never holding it. Because health entries never reach our infrastructure, there is nothing on our side to restore from — which is also why nobody can take it from us. Export regularly.

From your Apple ID subscription settings on your device. Cancellation is handled entirely by Apple; we cannot see or prevent it.

Nothing is deleted. Your entries remain on your device and in your iCloud, and export stays available. Pro features simply stop.

Use 'Restore purchases' in settings while signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to process them on Apple's behalf.
