Frequently asked questions
How much does PepCycle Pro cost?
The exact price is shown in the App Store listing and inside the app before you enter any personal information, and it varies by country and by store pricing. We deliberately do not publish a figure here that could be out of date or wrong for your region — but you will never be asked to enter your protocol before seeing it.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free tier includes unlimited dose logging with backdating, two active compounds, unlimited vial sizes, scheduling, reminders, the reconstitution converter, iCloud backup and CSV export. It is a usable log, not a demo.
Do I lose my data if I stop paying?
No. Your entries remain on your device and in your iCloud, and export stays available. Pro features stop, but nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Why is the price shown before I set anything up?
Because the alternative is a sunk-cost tactic. Asking someone to enter their medical protocol and then revealing a price is the single most common complaint about apps in this category, and we would rather lose the download than do it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation is handled entirely by Apple, and we cannot see or prevent it.
Are the website calculators free?
Completely, and permanently. All eight run in your browser with no account and no download, whether or not you ever install the app.
