Reconstitution

Reconstitution is the process of adding a specified liquid to a dry product to create a measurable solution or suspension. For arithmetic, the necessary inputs are labelled mass and final or added volume, recorded with their units. A calculator can convert those inputs but cannot determine whether reconstitution is appropriate, which liquid to use, or how the material should be handled.
