TB-500 physical-property record

TB-500 labels need an identity qualifier

TB-500 is a market label rather than a sufficiently precise chemical identifier on its own. The linked PubChem and Cayman records describe full-length thymosin beta-4, with formula C212H350N56O78S and molecular weight 4,963 g/mol. A vial labelled TB-500 should not automatically inherit those values unless its documentation explicitly identifies the material as that same full-length structure. The calculator therefore treats label mass as an arithmetic input and does not claim that every TB-500 product shares one registry identity. Full-length thymosin beta-4 is a reference, not proof

Cayman supplies thymosin beta-4 as a trifluoroacetate salt reference material. That counterion wording matters because a salt specification is not interchangeable with a free peptide or an unspecified fragment.
